This bike was built for a friend of ours named Wellsy, that
we've know for many, many years. We graduated high school together and he was CHC's official Mail Man for a few years. Last year he picked up his first
bike and learned to ride. Over the fall and winter of 2009-2010 he brought
it to us to give it the full CHC treatment. Some of the key features of
this build is the use of brass in many areas including the gas tank and fender
mounts that were machined, welded and molded by hand. There is also a ton
of engraving that Strit did including the rockers, battery box, points cover and
the main piece which is on the primary cover. The bike gets it's name from
a song that was written by the band Sepultura. It also has meaning
since Wellsy is a 3rd generation Mail Man, 3rd generation Soldier in the armed
forces and a 2nd generation motorcycle rider. Because of these things and
because he is such a good friend this was a special project for us and it is by far
our favorite build to date. We hope you enjoy the pics and the story
behind the bike build as much as we enjoyed building it. "Roots,
Bloody Roots"
